While I already had an established fitting process, the course helped refine my approach and gave me a better understanding of the "why" behind many fitting decisions. The instructors did a great job balancing theory with practical application, and I came away with techniques and clinical reasoning that I was able to implement immediately in my own practice. The content was well organized, evidence-informed, and encouraged critical thinking rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. As a physical therapist and bike fitter, I appreciated the emphasis on rider comfort, performance, and individual biomechanics. Whether you're new to bike fitting or looking to build on your existing skills, I would highly recommend this course. It has made me a more confident and effective fitter, and ultimately has helped me provide better care for my clients.Posted on Google Jeff ThomanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After taking their 3-day class in late 2024, I was able to successfully complete my first fit within two weeks. They gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to hit the ground running. They are incredibly knowledgeable and continue to keep me updated on all aspects of the fit world.Posted on Google Jordan MasséTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I completed the 3 day bike fitting course and Rick and Sue were excellent teachers. The whole course was very well structured and approchable to beginner bike fitters, but still offers ton of value for experienced fitters. Every aspect of cycling biomechanics issues are discussed during the course, including reducing knee/foot/hip/back pain and numbess in the hands. I highly recommend the course to anyone interested in bike fitting or virtual bike fitting.Posted on Google Anne WittenbergTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just completed Bike Fitness Coaching's 3-day intensive course on bike fitting. The course is very well organized and comprehensive. Before the course even starts they provide a video-based mini course on bicycle geometry and human anatomy so everyone starts the fitting course with the background knowledge required to successfully participate in the fitting course. The background material covers the factors that lead to knee pain, hip pain, foot pain, hand numbness, and lower back pain. The first day of the bike fitting course moves quicky to cover diagnostic methods for all types of pain as well as general muscle use that affects efficiency and performance. It also covers the types of adjustments that a bike fitter needs to address a rider's issues such as cleat adjustment, arch support, saddle position, and cockpit configuration. Rick and Sue are very knowledgeable are engaging presenters. The second and third days of the course are devoted to applying the knowledge to actual bike fittings. Students bring in test subjects and conduct fittings with the supervision and assistance of the course leaders as well as the other students. I was concerned about the ability of the leaders to conduct the course by Zoom but found that not to be an issue. In fact the necessity of using cameras had the benefit of demonstrating the feasibility of virtual bike fitting. If a student has trouble with their equipment, Rick is able to backstop them by taking measurements remotely so the class can continue moving forward. In addition to the mechanics of bike fitting, Rick discusses some of the business aspects of bike fitting such as how to charge for incomplete fits or fits that take multiple sessions. He is willing to discuss other concerns you might have such as liability and insurance. He doesn't tell you how to run your business but gives you scenarios that you should think about. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how do bike fitting. A 3-day course is not going to make you an expert bike fitter but this course will give you a strong foundation to begin doing basic bike fits that address most problems. You will also know when you have reached the extent of your knowledge and need to refer the rider to a medical professional or custom frame builder.Posted on Google Fran ChockTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fabulous class. I am a massage therapist and have been a casual bike rider for 60 years. Another student in our class is an avid cyclist, racer, bike owner and an already accomplished bike fitter who lives biking 24/7 (his words). We all discussed how much we gained from this 3-day class. It is structured in a way that it benefitted him with his infinite knowledge and me with my more neophyte skills. It is very well organized and presented logically. At the same time it’s interactive and fun. I personally was a bit intimidated by my lack of mechanical experience, but during my bike fits, the environment created by Rick and Sue allowed me to feel completely safe showing my skills and lack thereof. I highly recommend this course. The class delves into virtual bike fitting, it includes all aspects of the structure and parts of the bike and how to decide which is best for what type of rider and how to help alleviate pain throughout the body: neck, back, hip, knee, ankle, foot, arms, wrists, hands.Posted on Google Tanya and Dan HuntingtonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so pleased with the fitting! I had my fitting done virtually via Zoom with Rick and Sue. The process was very easy, avoided traveling, and allowed me to make the suggested adjustments. I appreciated seeing the before and after videos of my motion after each adjustment. Great experience!

I had a great experience today doing a bike fitting with Rick and Sue. They were very thorough and identified some issues with my body mechanics that were causing me pain. They identified not only changes to my bike, but also recommended that I strengthen my left hip adductor to help resolve a pedaling imbalance. I appreciated this approach of identifying the root cause of the issue rather than trying to correct the symptom. It was a really fun and informative time, and I'm excited to get out and ride!
